Occupational Therapy

Due to a high number of private referrals, we have made the decision to close our OT waiting list for private referrals for the foreseeable.

If you are a school wishing to refer a child to our services, please contact hello@thesensoryhive.co.uk where a memeber of our team will get back to you.

What is Occupational Therapy?

Sensory Integration Occupational Therapy is a specialist approach that helps children and young people understand, process and respond to sensory information from their body and environment more effectively. Through play-based, child-led activities, it supports regulation, participation, confidence and engagement in everyday activities such as learning, play, self-care and social interaction.

Real feedback. Real impact.

"My daughter is a lot calmer and her behaviour has improved dramatically. She continues to use the strategies she learnt to this day. The detailed report at the end of the sessions has really helped me understand her better and help her deal with different situations."
